Must be familiar with designing and developing automation with Salesforce automation tools like using flows, process builders, workflows, approval process, etc. Must be familiar with creating Architectural Diagrams, strategies, user stories, requirement specification, defects, training documentation, user manuals, commits etc. Must be familiar with Agile/SCRUM framework Familiarity with Dev ops process preferred. Design and help Implement Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): assignment rules, approval processes, fields, profiles and permissions, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, custom metadata types, dashboards, and reports, etc Prior banking or inancial services industry experience is highly preferred.
