| Network Infrastructure Engineer Location : Long Island, NY Onsite- 5 day a week Client : Northwell Hospital Starting day : 11th Nov Visa : GC/USC Interview : One and Done Virtually Client is shifting to Apex so they are needing someone having some experience in migrating and troubleshooting in Sunrise/Allscripts Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience 1-3 years of relevant experience, required Minimum one year tech support experience required; two plus preferred Sunrise experience 3+ Years- REQUIRED Strong communication skills Will travel between sites must have own reliable transportation Provide on-unit support and troubleshooting for staff applications, flow, documentation, etc. Infrastructure Services & Management Specialist Maintains the organization's core applications and IT infrastructure, which may include hardware, software, servers, storage solutions, networks, or physical facilities. Responsibilities: Configures, installs, maintains, and provides support for critical software and hardware components, as an SME specific to these technologies Monitors system availability and troubleshoots and resolves connectivity interruptions Measures and improves performance and scalability Helps develop disaster recovery or business continuity plans Handles moderately complex issues. Operates under general guidance and work assignments are varied and require interpretation and independent decisions on course of action. Performs related duties as required.
