| Job Title: (Sr. Jira Administrator) Duration: 2 Years Location: Remote (Client is in Baton Rouge, LA) Note: Experience working with Government/County/State/Public experience Experience updating Jira application configuration files (e.g., setenv.sh, server.xml, web.xml, application-properties, dbconfiguration, etc.) Experience creating and updating Bash scripts Experience maintaining CRON table entries Experience creating and updating Groovy scripts Experience using RHEL command line The scope of the proposed services will include the following: Provide maintenance, support, troubleshooting, and updating/upgrading of Jira. Oversee the administration, configuration and support of Jira, external application integrations (ex: GitHub and Bamboo), and Atlassian Marketplace 3rd party applications. Identify, respond, research and resolve program, data, or system software problems in consultation with other employees and/or users. Provide technical knowledge transfer, training, documentation, mentorship and guidance to State personnel for requested work.
