Job Title: Product Owner - Property & Casualty Insurance Location: San Antonio, TX Job Responsibilities: Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for P&C insurance products. Prioritize and manage product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and UX, to deliver high-quality solutions. Gather and refine requirements from stakeholders to enhance product offerings. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning and backlog grooming, to maintain workflow efficiency. Conduct regular product reviews and demos to communicate progress and gather feedback. Monitor product performance, analyze metrics, and implement improvements for optimal user experience. Requirements: Strong knowledge of the Property & Casualty insurance industry. Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role. Proficiency in Agile methodologies and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
