The successful candidate will provide accurate, timely, and comprehensive fund accounting services to our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of investment strategies, analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities: Maintain financial records and ensure that all transactions are properly recorded. Prepare financial statements, reports, and special analyses for clients. Review the valuation of investment portfolios. Identify discrepancies in financial records and rectify them promptly. Meet with clients to review and discuss fund financial statements and reports. Stay informed about current market trends, economic indicators, investment strategies, and relevant tax laws. Assist in the preparation of annual audit reports. Ensure compliance with industry rules and regulations. Coordinate with internal and external auditors regarding fund audits. Provide support and advice to investment managers. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience as a Fund Accountant or in a similar role. Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial processes, including budgeting, financial closure, and reporting. Familiarity with financial software and MS Office applications. Proficiency in statistics and risk modeling. Knowledge of current financial legislation. Detail-oriented with strong mathematical skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
