The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in building scalable, high-performance backend systems using Node.js. Youll work with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new features and maintain existing systems. Key Responsibilities Design and develop server-side applications using Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript. Build efficient and reusable modules and libraries. Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate server-side logic with user-facing elements. Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability. Conduct code reviews, troubleshooting, and bug-fixing. Work with database systems (such as MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL). Write unit and integration tests to ensure software quality. Participate in design discussions and agile processes. Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in backend development using Node.js. Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with TypeScript is a plus. Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and websockets. Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, and React/Vue is a plus. Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git). Understanding of cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker) is an advantage. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
