[email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Title- Contract Lifecycle Management Principal Business Analyst Location- Remote Only USC, GC or H4 EAD Job Description General Summary: The CLM Principal Business Analyst, Business Engagement & Technology will work directly with the Project Lead and stakeholders to implement a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solution. This solution will automate and streamline contract lifecycle processes at every key stage, support compliance process for HCE engagements and integrate the CLM with the other tools such as Coupa, Process Unity etc. across the end of to end source to pay process for simplified and compliant user experience as well as data visibility and analytics. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for ensuring end-to-end technology solutions implemented on the Contract Lifecycle Management project meet business needs by: Coordinating across technology teams and external partners to deliver on strategic objectives Collaborating closely with DTE Project Lead, PM and stakeholders (DTE & Business) to create an accurate project plan Supporting process and requirements gathering workshops with business stakeholders and driving action items forward to resolution Researching and recommending technical solutions and options in partnership with platform owners Participating in day-to-day project work, including analysis, documentation, configuration, testing, integration, and reporting activities Managing vendor relationships across Deloitte, PwC and Icertis Driving the business in organizational change management strategy for adoption Knowledge and Skills: Results oriented leader with a proven track record of on-time project delivery for large, cross-functional and complex projects with global stakeholders Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and ability to present in a clear and concise manner to all audiences Exceptional analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and prioritization skills, including the development of business cases/ value propositions Substantial program/ project management, demand management, resource management and system life cycle expertise Expertise in Agile methodology and working in Agile environments Strong understanding of key concepts related to Software Development Life Cycle, Information Security, and Digital Transformation Flexibility to adapt to a continually changing and fast paced business environment Exemplify a highly collaborative mindset and actively facilitate team communication Proven ability to build strong relationships with peers and colleagues across the Technology organization, and with key Legal, OBIE (Compliance) and Sourcing business partners and third-party consultants Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in technology discipline or equivalent 8+ years of work experience in transformation roles in a technology environment or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
