Strong technical background with experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation). In-depth knowledge of CICD tools and platforms (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI), as well as containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Experience building and refining deployment pipelines for large-scale distributed systems. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally. Experience with modern DevOps practices, including automation, orchestration, and continuous monitoring. Experience with integrating security and compliance into the CICD pipeline (DevSecOps). Proven experience working within Agile development frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), leading sprints, and using tools like Jira or Trello. Proven ability to prioritize and manage complex, large-scale modernization efforts, particularly in transitioning legacy systems to Infrastructure as Code. Strong understanding of API integration and how CICD systems interact with broader cloud and infrastructure components. Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog) to ensure the reliability of CICD pipelines. Experience managing via influence. Experience in Financial Services is preferred. Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, business analyst, or equivalent, and/or other work experience in a technical setting preferred.
