| Role: SailPoint Identify Now/ Identity-IQ Business Analyst Client: SmarTek21/TBD Location: Atlanta, GA (Willing to visit office as and when required) Rate: As per market We are seeking a SailPoint Identity Now/Identity-IQ Business Analyst to support our Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analysing, configuring, and supporting SailPoint IAM solutions to streamline identity governance and access management processes. The Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, manage user provisioning workflows, and ensure compliance with access policies. Key Responsibilities: Work with business and IT teams to gather and document IAM requirements. Configure and manage SailPoint Identity Now or Identity-IQ for user provisioning, access reviews, and role-based access controls. Perform identity governance tasks, including access certifications and separation of duties (SoD) enforcement. Ensure compliance with security policies and assist in audits using SailPoint tools. Provide user support and training for SailPoint functionalities. Requirements: Proven experience with SailPoint Identity Now and/or IdentityIQ.2. Knowledge of IAM best practices, compliance standards, and access governance. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into IAM solutions.
