The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Scala programming and AWS services, ensuring high-quality software solutions that meet business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain robust Scala-based applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. Build and deploy scalable solutions on AWS infrastructure. Ensure code quality through automated testing, peer reviews, and best practices. Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner. Document and maintain software functionality for future reference. Required Skills and Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in Scala development. Strong expertise in AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS. Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation). Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Experience with version control systems such as Git. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
