| Hi Team, Role: IAM Brainwave GRC Specialist Location: Remote YoE : 8+yrs Job Description: We are seeking an experienced IAM Brainwave GRC Specialist to join our team and support our governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Brainwave GRC solutions, specifically in Identity and Access Management. This role will be responsible for managing, implementing, and optimizing IAM policies, procedures, and systems to enhance security, streamline compliance, and support governance requirements. Key Responsibilities: GRC Management: Configure and maintain Brainwave GRC IAM systems, ensuring they align with organizational risk and compliance policies. Identity Governance: Implement IAM policies, conduct identity lifecycle management, and establish access certifications using Brainwave GRC. Access Reviews: Conduct periodic access reviews and attestations, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Risk Assessment: Assess and identify IAM-related risks, providing recommendations for improvements and enhancements to meet security standards. User Provisioning: Oversee and support user provisioning and de-provisioning processes across the organization. Audit Support: Facilitate internal and external audits related to IAM, preparing reports, documentation, and evidence. Collaboration: Work closely with IT, Security, Compliance, and business teams to gather requirements, implement solutions, and ensure effective communication and coordination. Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve issues with IAM Brainwave GRC configurations, policies, and workflows, ensuring minimal disruption. Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Experience: 5+ years in Identity and Access Management, with 2+ years specifically using Brainwave GRC. Technical Skills: Proficiency with Brainwave GRC tools and IAM best practices. Familiarity with identity governance frameworks, access certification, and role-based access control (RBAC). Knowledge of compliance standards such as SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, etc. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills for interfacing with technical and business teams. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with other IAM tools and technologies. Certification in security or GRC (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA).
