The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and supporting the implementation and optimization of JD Edwards solutions to improve operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for JD Edwards 9.2 implementations and enhancements. Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using JD Edwards functionalities. Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure effective communication and understanding of requirements. Develop functional specifications and test plans, and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT). Provide training and support to end-users on JD Edwards applications and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to JD Edwards systems and applications. Stay up-to-date with JD Edwards updates and enhancements, providing recommendations for system improvements. Assist in data migration and integration tasks as needed. Participate in project planning, scheduling, and reporting activities. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, specifically with JD Edwards 9.2. Strong understanding of JD Edwards modules such as Financials, Distribution, Manufacturing, or Human Capital Management. Proficient in gathering requirements, conducting gap analysis, and documenting business processes. Experience with SQL and data analysis tools is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. JD Edwards certifications are a plus.
