Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data architects, business analysts, and IT professionals, to define migration requirements and strategies. Develop detailed data migration plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Identify and document data sources, data mapping, and transformation rules. Oversee the data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes, ensuring data integrity and quality. Monitor migration progress, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. Establish and enforce data quality standards and best practices. Conduct data validation and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy and completeness post-migration. Regularly update stakeholders on migration progress, challenges, and milestones. Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the data migration framework.
