Experience of Multi Region / Country Oracle HCM, ORC, Talent Configuration & Administration. Experience of HCM Quarterly Patches impact analysis & validation. Prior experience in customization (DFF and EFF), customization of reports, defining concurrent programs, defining value sets, defining form functions and functional setups. Expertise in development, implementation, and customization of Workflows Experienced with Full Project life cycle and well versed with agile & Waterfall Analysis Experience on Oracle Journeys Experience of working with Oracle SR process for issue resolution & escalation Familiar with Agile & Waterfall methodology. Experience of conducting CRP (Conf room pilot) and fit gap analysis. Experience with Oracle Redwood Design System Nice to Have: Experience of implementing, managing, provisioning security, and resolving security access problems will be advantages. Experience on Documentum. Knowledge of Skill Nexus , GEN AI in Oracle. Knowledge on LLMs. Familiar with HCM ADP connector will be added advantages. Oracle Skills: Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Applications (Talent, HCM) is a key skill Knowledge of Cornerstone On Demand (Navigator) SaaS a benefit. Debug software components and identify code defects for remediation Leads the deployment, support, and monitoring of software across test, integration, and production environments. Identifying opportunities for adopting new technologies Takes accountability for the success of the team achieving their goals Helps to drives the teams strategy and prioritizes initiatives Challenge status quo, demonstrating risk taking, and implementing creative ideas Analyzing your work flow and contributing to enable the team to be more effective, productive, and demonstrating faster and stronger results As part of our diverse tech team, you can architect, code scripts, integrations and configurations within our SaaS software that makes us an essential part of our customers digital lives. Minimum Qualifications: 3+ years of supporting enterprise applications (SaaS and/or in-house) and software development experience in a professional environment and/or comparable experience such as: Bachelors degree in computer science, computer science engineering, or related experience required; advanced degree preferred. Prior hands-on experience in managing Oracle Fusion platform Global HR is essential.
