Job Description: SAP S/4HANA Control Tower SME (ESG Focused) Duration: 6 Month Remote (5% travel to Saudi Arabia) Time Zone: Middle Eastern Visa: USC/GC/ GC EAD Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Control Tower SME to lead a pilot program focused on building a sustainability control tower for ESG reporting and operational efficiency. This role requires deep expertise in SAP Control Tower configurations and ESG frameworks to help integrate real-time data from various field locations into the SAP ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: SAP S/4HANA Control Tower Configuration : Lead the setup and configuration of the SAP S/4HANA Control Tower with a specific focus on ESG data collection and reporting. Manage the integration of field data into the control tower to support sustainability, compliance, and operational metrics. ESG & Compliance Reporting : Implement solutions for automated ESG reporting, ensuring compliance with sustainability goals and governance frameworks. Ensure that the control tower is tailored to track and report key ESG performance indicators (KPIs). Project Leadership & Collaboration : Coordinate with global teams to ensure seamless execution of the pilot program. Provide technical and strategic leadership on the integration of ESG data into the SAP environment, working closely with project managers and stakeholders. Required Skills: SAP Control Tower Expertise : Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA Control Tower setup and configuration, especially for complex reporting and integration projects. ESG Reporting & Compliance : Deep understanding of ESG frameworks and the ability to integrate ESG data into business processes. Project Management : Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage complex projects and collaborate with global teams. Nice-to-Have Skills: IoT and AI Integration : Experience working with IoT sensors and AI-driven solutions for real-time data collection and predictive analytics.
