C2C Responsibilities : 1. To provide firewall connectivity for newly onboarded vendors/Associates/Contractors etc. in line with SpartanNash Policies, standards, architecture and instructions with a goal of implementation in 24 hours from request. 2. To collaborate with IAM team and get our Internal and External Customers, the access as they need OR decline if posing security risks. 3. To maintain and monitor health of various VPN tunnels. 4. To maintain the hygiene of the firewall systems by patching and upgrading according to PAN releases. 5. To maintain security by review of rules/objects and policies 6. To maintain and continuously satisfy PCI compliance 7. To maintain strict segmentation/micro segmentation 8. To work with Network team for new acquisition and merger scenarios 9. To work with Security Architects to critique and improve current network security posture 10. To maintain efficiency via continuous optimization of firewalls, using tools like Firemon to remove unused policies/rules. 11. To work with SOC team to ensure right kind of PAN Threat and Policy alerts are ingested and acted upon.
