This role requires a deep understanding of financial processes and the ability to implement best practices within a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Module Expertise: Lead the implementation and support of Oracle Financial modules (AP, AR, GL, and others), ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices. Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize Oracle Financials to meet the specific needs of the organization, enhancing functionality and user experience. Financial Reporting: Generate, analyze, and present financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and accuracy of financial data. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements within financial operations to increase efficiency and accuracy. User Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users, providing ongoing support to maximize the effective use of Oracle Financial applications. Integration Management: Oversee the integration of Oracle Financials with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls, providing support for audits and regulatory requirements. Project Leadership: Lead or participate in Oracle Financials implementation projects, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness in financial operations and reporting. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 12 years of experience in Oracle Financials, with a strong focus on AP, AR, GL, and other general financial modules. Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of Oracle Financials and related tools; experience with system integration is a plus. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Education: Bachelor s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional) are a plus.
