Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Appian applications with other systems and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality. Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and deployment plans. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring high availability and performance. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Stay up-to-date with Appian best practices, new features, and industry trends to continuously improve development processes. Develop and implement APIs and web services for integration with external systems. Provide training and support to end-users as needed. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Associate Appian Developer certified. Proven experience as an Appian Developer with a strong understanding of the Appian platform and its capabilities. Proficiency in Appian development tools, including Appian Designer, Appian Records, and Appian RPA. Experience with BPM methodologies and best practices. Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, or other relevant languages. Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., SQL, Oracle) and web services (REST/SOAP). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Senior Appian Developer certification or higher is a plus.
