Technical Skills: Proficiency in Studio, EIB, Java, XML, XSLT, Web Services (SOAP, REST), APIs, and security protocols. Workday Modules: HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Recruiting, Compensation, and Talent Management. Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience. Strong knowledge of SDLC, project methodologies, and system testing. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills. This position offers the opportunity to lead impactful projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance HR systems and operations. Job Responsibilities Software Development: Evaluate, design, develop, and test software customizations, integrations, and extensions to meet business needs.
