Job Title : Sr. Angular/TypeScript Developer Must haves: Angular TypeScript SQL Server .NET Client: Healthcare Client Location: Oak Brook, IL (Hybrid, 2 days/week onsite - Wednesdays and Thursdays) Duration: 12-month contract (Hybrid Remote) Requirements for Submission : Must be currently located in the Chicagoland area Willing to attend an onsite interview in Oak Brook, IL Willing to work onsite 2 days/week (Wednesdays and Thursdays) Job Description : Resource 1 is seeking a Sr. Angular/TypeScript Developer to join our healthcare client for a 12-month hybrid contract position. The position involves a mix of new development and enhancing existing applications, with a focus on Angular and TypeScript development. The role also involves some back-end development with SQL Server and .NET for data validation. Key Responsibilities : Develop and maintain web applications using Angular and TypeScript. Build self-contained and reusable modules and components. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to maintain and implement design systems for a consistent and high-quality user experience. Design, develop, and maintain component libraries that are ADA-compliant. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing. Work closely with back-end developers in building and consuming RESTful APIs. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise. Required Skills and Qualifications : 5+ years of experience with Angular (v.14 or higher within the last year). Strong proficiency in TypeScript, HTML, CSS3, and JavaScript. Some experience with .NET for back-end development. Knowledge of NodeJS and its ecosystem. Experience consuming REST APIs. Experience with designing systems and implementing them in web applications. Familiarity with front-end build tools and development processes. Understanding of responsive design principles. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications : Knowledge of ADA compliance standards and best practices for web accessibility. Experience with other front-end frameworks and libraries. Basic understanding of SQL for data validation and ability to execute T-SQL in SSMS. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience with Nx. Experience with Visual Studio Code (VS Code).
