This role requires a candidate with strong proficiency in React, Redux, and JavaScript. As a Software Engineer, you will collaborate with a team of developers, write maintainable code, and ensure the software meets high-quality standards. You will also take the lead in transforming business requirements into actionable solutions, and mentor junior developers to improve their skill sets. Key Responsibilities : Understand the business requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions. Develop and deploy maintainable, readable, and scalable software. Collaborate with the development team to ensure software quality. Mentor and guide team members in software development best practices. Work with modern web development tools, focusing on ReactJS, Redux, and JavaScript. Required Skills & Qualifications : 4+ years of experience in software development. 2+ years of hands-on experience with ReactJS. Strong proficiency with JavaScript, including modern ES6/ES7 features. Familiarity with Microservices, REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, and database-driven web applications. Experience with third-party libraries and APIs. Knowledge of modern web security methodologies. Familiarity with both relational and non-relational databases (NoSQL, Elasticsearch, Time-Based DB). Proficiency with asynchronous programming (Promises, async/await, ES7 generators) and state management using Redux. High school diploma or GED required, Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field preferred. Preferred Skills : Node.js server-side development. Experience with Docker.
