Lustre File System Management: Configure, maintain, and optimize Lustre file systems to support high-performance data access and storage for analytical applications. AWS FSx for ONTAP Integration: Design and implement the integration of AWS FSx for ONTAP into the existing statistical computing environment, ensuring compatibility and performance requirements are met. Data Migration Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive migration plans for transitioning data from Lustre file systems to AWS FSx for ONTAP, minimizing downtime and ensuring data integrity. Performance Optimization Monitoring: Continuously monitor the performance of both Lustre and AWS FSx for ONTAP systems, identifying and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and response times. Technical Skills: AWS Cloud Architecture Strong knowledge of Lustre architecture and configurations. Proficiency in AWS services, particularly AWS FSx for ONTAP.
