The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, configuring, and supporting SailPoint IAM solutions to streamline identity governance and access management processes. The Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, manage user provisioning workflows, and ensure compliance with access policies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Work with business and IT teams to gather and document IAM requirements. 2. Configure and manage SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ for user provisioning, access reviews, and role-based access controls. 3. Perform identity governance tasks, including access certifications and separation of duties (SoD) enforcement. 4. Ensure compliance with security policies and assist in audits using SailPoint tools. 5. Provide user support and training for SailPoint functionalities. Requirements: 1. Proven experience with SailPoint IdentityNow and/or IdentityIQ. 2. Knowledge of IAM best practices, compliance standards, and access governance. 3. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into IAM solutions.
