The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software development and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions. This role involves leading and collaborating with clients to understand their needs, providing expert guidance, and implementing effective strategies to enhance their software solution. The Consultant must demonstrate the ability to work directly with Human Resource professionals and understand the basic terminology and business functions of HR. 5 yrs experience as an IT Consultant or Architect role is preferred. 5 yrs experience in .NET Framework (4.7.2 and higher), .Net core 2.2 and higher 5 yrs experience in Visual Studio (2022/2019) 5 yrs experience in SQL Server 2015 5 yrs experience in Asp.net MVC 5, MVC Core 5 yrs experience in Entity Framework 6.2 including LINQ to SQL, Entity framework core 5 yrs experience in Kendo UI Controls for ASP.NET MVC 5 yrs experience in Java Script, jQuery and CSS 3.0 5 yrs in experience in C# 7.0 and higher 5 yrs experience in WCF/Web API 5 yrs experience in Visual Studio Unit Testing 5 yrs experience in Azure DevOps 5 yrs experience in Build and release using DevOps pipeline 5 yrs experience in Azure App Service and Azure blob storage 5 yrs experience working with Azure cloud services.
