From: Austin, Wiseq [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role: ServiceNow SME and Technical Documentation Specialist (5363) Start Date: ASAP Duration: 6 months, extension possible Location: Remote (PST working hours) Rate: $50/hr on C2C (All Inclusive) IMP: UIB experience and platform experience is needed Or at least service portal. The documentation is for internal engineers (not external) hence the focus on SN UIB knowledge rather than the finesse of a Tech writer. A resource familiar with UIB and has used it, worked on configurable workspace in one of the modules and who can work with the internal teams to add documentation and enablement materials. Qualifications 3-5 years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience Proven technical and business process experience developing and delivering ServiceNow solutions in client environments Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience creating and delivering documentation to communicate complex ideas and technical information clearly Technical knowledge of the NOW UX Framework components (UIB, Seismic, UXF, and Workspace) Experience with any of the product area workspaces: ITOM/ITAM/SPM/GRC Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc.) and working in a SaaS environment Experience working with Agile methodologies Excellent interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude and experience working with cross-functional teams and multi-level stakeholders.
