Utilize Elasticsearch to optimize data storage and retrieval processes, ensuring high performance and scalability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver innovative solutions. Conduct exploratory data analysis to derive actionable insights and guide model development. Monitor and evaluate model performance, making necessary adjustments to improve accuracy and efficiency. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and data engineering, applying best practices to our projects. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or data science, with a focus on large datasets. Proven experience in building data pipelines and working with ETL processes. Proficiency in Elasticsearch, including data indexing, querying, and performance optimization. Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Scala. Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
