| 100% Remote-Salesforce Testing Lead, Atlanta, GA Title : Salesforce Testing Lead Location: Atlanta, GA, United States Onsite Flexibility: 100% Remote Description: Facilitate communication between the onshore and offshore teams to ensure alignment on project goals and quality standards. Provide updates from Sprint planning and BRM's or any important meetings to offshore team. Act as a point of contact for any issues or challenges faced by the offshore team. Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to offshore QA team members to enhance their skills and understanding of testing methodologies. Regularly review test cases, test results, and reports from the offshore team, providing constructive feedback to improve quality. Work closely with development, product management, and other stakeholders to ensure that quality is prioritized throughout the development lifecycle. For time sensitive testing, will pick up testing from offshore testers after the offshore team logs off. Skills Needed Salesforce CPQ functional experience Test Planning and Managing Team.
