The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable and efficient ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives. This role involves leading platform strategies, managing integrations, and mentoring junior team members.Key Responsibilities: Architect and Design Solutions: Develop comprehensive ServiceNow architecture to support business processes and operational objectives. Platform Management: Oversee and manage all modules on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and compliance. Integration Strategy: Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems (e.g., HR systems, monitoring tools, cloud services). Customization & Configuration: Lead the development of custom workflows, reports, dashboards, and automation using ServiceNows tools (Flow Designer, Script Includes, etc.). Governance & Best Practices: Establish governance frameworks and ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices, including change management. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business units, developers, and project managers to gather requirements and provide effective solutions. Mentorship & Leadership: Guide and mentor ServiceNow developers and administrators on best practices and technical solutions. Stay Updated: Monitor the latest ServiceNow releases and features to recommend upgrades and enhancements.Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 8+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years as a ServiceNow Architect or similar role. Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, SecOps, HRSD, and CSM). Development Skills: Expertise in scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and custom applications. Integrations: Hands-on experience with REST, SOAP, LDAP, and other third-party integrations. Certifications: Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) (Required) Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (Preferred) Certified Application Developer (Optional but advantageous) Methodologies: Experience with Agile, ITIL processes, and DevOps tools is a plus. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively. Leadership: Proven experience in leading teams and managing large-scale ServiceNow implementations.Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a highly regulated industry (e.g., Finance, Healthcare). Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Familiarity with ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Vulnerability Response.
