Job Title: IAM (Identity and Access Management) Consultant Location: Remote Contract: Long term Must Have: Any two out of Okta, SailPoint, and ForgeRock. Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) Consultant with strong experience in Okta, SailPoint, and ForgeRock to join our team supporting client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing IAM solutions to ensure secure and efficient access to systems and applications across the organization. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining identity management systems, ensuring compliance with security standards, and driving continuous improvement of access management processes. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using Okta, SailPoint, and ForgeRock. Provide support for IAM tools, including configuration, customization, and integration with various applications and systems. Manage user identities, authentication, and authorization processes for internal and external systems. Perform role-based access control (RBAC) and ensure appropriate access levels across the organization. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements related to identity management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design effective IAM solutions. Perform security assessments, identify risks, and implement necessary controls to safeguard sensitive information. Monitor and troubleshoot IAM issues, providing timely resolutions. Maintain and improve documentation of processes, configurations, and security policies related to IAM systems. Stay up to date with IAM best practices, trends, and emerging technologies. Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) roles. Hands-on experience with Okta, SailPoint, and ForgeRock IAM solutions. Strong understanding of authentication and authorization protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, etc. Experience with user lifecycle management, role-based access control (RBAC), and identity governance. Familiarity with integrating IAM solutions with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise applications. Knowledge of compliance frameworks like ISO 27001, SOX, GDPR, and NIST. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Preferred Skills: Certifications in Okta, SailPoint, or ForgeRock are a plus. Experience with scripting languages like Python or PowerShell for automation in IAM processes. Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
