| ServiceNow FSO Developer / Administrator - Hybrid work - Dallas TX Description Responsibilities: Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow FSO Provide technical support and guidance to end-users. Collaborate with other teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of ServiceNow solutions. Develop and maintain technical documentation and user manuals. Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices. Knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB. Experience in Agile concepts, development, and testing methodology Experience in Hardware and Software Asset Management (HAM, SAM) modules Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
