Job Description: Please send candidates who meet or exceed the Below experience: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead MuleSoft Salesforce Developer to oversee the design, development, and implementation of complex integration solutions between Salesforce and various enterprise applications. As the Lead Developer, you will be responsible for architecting and developing robust solutions utilizing MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform and Salesforce to enable seamless data flow across systems. You will lead a team of developers and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration meets business and technical requirements. Key Responsibilities: Lead the architecture, design, development, and deployment of integration solutions using MuleSoft and Salesforce. Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Develop integration flows, APIs, and connectors using MuleSoft to connect Salesforce with various enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, third-party systems). Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance, code reviews, and ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. Ensure scalability, performance, and security in all integration solutions. Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and operational procedures. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring high system availability and performance. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce and MuleSoft features, capabilities, and integration technologies to recommend and implement improvements. Manage and monitor the end-to-end lifecycle of API development, from design to deployment and maintenance. Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies across all integration processes. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Masters degree preferred). 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and integration with other systems. 4+ years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (designing and developing APIs and integrations). Experience leading a development team or mentoring junior developers. Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. Strong experience in designing RESTful/SOAP APIs, data mapping, and MuleSoft DataWeave transformations. Familiarity with MuleSoft connectors for Salesforce, databases, web services, and other third-party applications. Experience with version control systems like Git and CI/CD tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: MuleSoft Certified Developer or Architect certification. Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Integration Architect). Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
