The ideal candidate will also possess familiarity with various tools and systems including AWF/Autosys, SN Request, Change Order, KB articles, Bitbucket, and Nexus. Responsibilities: MS-SQL Server Management: Administer and support MS-SQL Server environments, including installation, configuration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. Windows Server Administration: Oversee the configuration, management, and maintenance of Windows Server systems. Active Directory Management: Handle user and group administration, policy enforcement, and security within Active Directory. AWF/Autosys: Utilize AWF/Autosys for job scheduling and automation tasks. ServiceNow (SN) Request Management: Manage and process service requests, incidents, and changes within ServiceNow. Change Order Handling: Oversee and document change management processes and ensure compliance with established protocols. Knowledge Base (KB) Articles: Create, update, and maintain knowledge base articles to support internal documentation and user guidance. Version Control with Bitbucket: Manage source code repositories and version control using Bitbucket. Artifact Management with Nexus: Administer and support artifact repositories using Nexus. Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience as a Senior Engineer or similar role with a strong background in MS-SQL Server, Windows Server, and AD management.
