Below are the details of the position: Job Title: Senior Architect, SAP FICO - S/4HANA Location: Harrisburg, PA (Onsite) Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect for SAP FICO with expertise in S/4HANA, specifically focused on fund management and grant management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing complex SAP financial solutions that align with our business goals and support effective fund and grant management processes. Key Responsibilities: Lead the architecture and design of SAP FICO solutions on S/4HANA, emphasizing fund and grant management functionalities. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Develop and maintain SAP FICO best practices, methodologies, and documentation related to fund and grant management. Oversee the implementation of financial processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, and fund/grant management. Provide guidance and mentorship to project teams on SAP FICO functionalities relevant to fund and grant management. Conduct system configuration and support system testing and validation. Stay updated on SAP innovations and advancements related to financial solutions in S/4HANA. Facilitate workshops and training sessions for end-users and team members. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SAP FICO applications. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field; Masters degree preferred. 15+ years of experience in SAP FICO, with at least 5 years in an architecture role. Strong knowledge of S/4HANA functionalities and features. Extensive experience in fund management and grant management within SAP FICO. Experience with integration points between SAP FICO and other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM). Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. SAP certification in FICO or related areas is highly desirable. Experience with data migration and conversion processes in S/4HANA. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud and reporting tools. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in financial reporting. Experience with agile methodologies and project management. Thank you for your attention.
