| Hello Partner, Hope you doing well Role: Technical Lead with Mendix Location: Santa Clara, CA Experience: 12 Years Job Description: Design and develop Mendix applications, following internal best practices and guidelines. Collaborate with business analysts, designers, and other developers to gather requirements and translate them into functional applications. Customize and extend Mendix functionality using widgets, microflows, and JavaScript actions. Perform code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and ensure code quality. Integrate Mendix applications with external systems using APIs and web services. Collaborate with the testing team to ensure proper unit testing and resolve any reported defects. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Mendix applications. Stay up to date with the latest Mendix features, enhancements, and industry trends. Act as the technical lead from IT and interact with business stakeholders. Manage the assigned team and ensure delivery excellence. Responsible for deliverables to senior IT leadership and business users. Qualifications: 6+ years of hands-on experience in Mendix application development with 12+ years of software development experience. Prior experience in leading projects and team assignments. Mendix Advanced Developer Certification or Expert Developer Certification is preferred. Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Familiarity with relational databases and SQL. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously; experience collaborating in an onsite-offshore model. Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. Discrete manufacturing experience is a plus.
