Evaluate and recommend appropriate tools and technologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of test automation processes. 6.Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment using Tricentis Tosca and related tools. 7.Provide guidance, mentoring, and training to team members on best practices, methodologies, and techniques related to test automation and Tricentis Tosca. 8.Lead and participate in technical discussions, design reviews, and decision-making processes related to test automation architecture and implementation. 9.Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to production deployment. 10.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including test plans, test cases, automation scripts, and technical specifications. Requirements: 1.Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 2.Over 10 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, with a focus on test automation. 3.Extensive hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca, including test case design, test automation scripting, and execution. 4.Strong understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and DevOps. 5.Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python for test automation scripting. 6.Experience with version control systems such as Git and continuous integration tools such as Jenkins. 7.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. 8.Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. 9.Relevant certifications such as Tricentis Tosca Certified Professional (TTCP) or similar are a plus.
