Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate and lead project team members, including HR professionals and external vendors. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving issues and risks. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations. Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders and senior management. Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, schedules, audit compliance and reports. Manage project budgets and expenditures, ensuring financial targets are met. Conduct post-project evaluations to assess project success and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR project management in a large organization. Strong project management skills, including project planning, execution, and monitoring. Demonstrated ability to manage complex HR projects with multiple stakeholders and vendors. Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex information to different audiences. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues and risks. Experience in change management. Experience with Workday or SAP SuccessFactors desired. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
