What are we looking for

This Person must be able to wear the multiple hats of Technical Project Manager. He / She must be able to lead cross functional teams, drive the overall planning effort, provide
technical guidance, and partner with key internal engineering teams as well as the product and design. He must be able to understand the requirements, current state architecture of the system and drive the effort for the future enhancements. They must possess
good knowledge in system design, and technical problem-solving skills. This person must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and provide technical expertise and ownership of solutions.  

Responsibilities

Own technical program delivery by driving new feature development through every stage of the agile software development
lifecycle 

Drive visibility, accountability, and execution across their areas of software development for the organization. 

Understand technology requirements, roadmap, dependencies, evolution, and develop a plan for mitigating risks and delivering features that meet the requirements across multiple products. 

Drive technical excellence within the team, coordinating and contributing to engineering deliverables including architectural diagrams, specifications, launch criteria, and test plans. 

Establish expertise in the technology area, becoming the go-to escalation point for execution, leader for driving visibility across the program, and orchestrator for managing the integration across your
program area. 

Must be a dedicated member of the Scrum team and help the team to improve continuously, maximize velocity and deliver high quality products  

Provide hands-on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases. 

Work cross-functionally to develop best practices and development processes in a quickly-changing and dynamic environment, drive impact through deployment of key initiatives and garner adoption of those
processes. 

Own capability backlogs and participate in regular agile planning and grooming sessions to prioritize the work required in near, medium and long term 

Collaborate with partners, product, and development teams to craft technical solutions and provide detailed specifications that satisfy scalability, reliability, and performance goals 

Lead communications and relationships with internal and external partners 

Resolve conflicts, maintain clarity on priorities and drive progress on execution. 

Excellent project & team management skills, including active mitigation of risks to the plan, providing status updates, management of trade-offs to drive satisfactory completion of product/project, and
facilitation of planning and governance activities with team(s) 

Understand the importance of system and technology integration and the basic features and facilities involved in the integration process 

Participate in weekly, monthly, and annual reviews and planning sessions with senior leadership and technology partners. 

Manage and assist with org-wide ad-hoc, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting 

Constructively drives for improvements over time through efficiencies, process improvements or automation 

Plan capacity based on known work and new roadmap items 

Mentor and guide the team members with system design, best practices and coding standards 

Identify bottlenecks and issues and provide solutions to mitigate and address these issues 

Estimate efforts and ensure that work is completed in a timely manner 

Preferred Skills:

BS or advanced degree in Computer Science, or related field 

8+ years of experience in IT industry with 5+ years of experience leading / managing engineering teams 

Experience leading technology investments across multiple products or product families from innovation to delivery. 

Experience leading onsite and offshore agile teams 

Experience solutioning and estimating requirements 

Demonstrated experience leading execution across highly ambiguous, complex products and programs, with experience making technical and product tradeoffs balancing business needs and technical constraints. 

Knowledge of user needs, gathering requirements, and defining scope. 

Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrated critical thinking, and thought leadership. 

Experience in leading complex execution across multiple teams in different time zones, anticipating roadblocks and creating a path forward. 

Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems. 

Proven communicator who can translate high-level goals into tangible action plans, and vice-versa & expertise communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

We are looking for a Tech Program Manager for the Logistics functional domain, supporting cross functional projects across Logistics domain including Warehouse Management platform
DC and Hub Rollouts, improving DC Operations efficiencies, Final Mile and Transportation projects, and Returns. This role will primarily focus on these Large Logistics programs with established project management methodologies/tools to develop and execute
Technology project plans in alignment with our company and Vendors Software Development Lifecycle. 

Responsibilities:

Use standard life cyle program management methodologies to drive large complex programs with Vendor and WSI deliveries per aligned Flight plans. 

Use industry leading project management methodologies/tools leveraging JIRA, Rally and work with the project team to successfully manage complex scopes of work(s), which include defining work effort
and estimates, developing effective team execution plan(s), supporting team work effort by removing impediments, anticipating issues, and ensuring that the right parties are engaged to resolve problems. 

Lead and coordinate discussions with business users and product owners for grooming business requirements for Supply Chain and Logistics systems (particularly Manhattan Associates Warehouse Management
for Open Systems (WMOS) and IBM Sterling).  

Understand and manage activities for out of the box configuration versus customized extensions(MODs) development in WMOS system 

Ensure the relevant MOD Specifications and design Gaps are identified and resolved timely 

Manage integration touchpoints between WMOS and other upstream systems including Sterling OMS/IMS and Retek Merchandizing System (RMS). 

Manage integration touchpoints between WMOS and downstream 3rd party systems including ProShip and 3PL logistics provider external systems 

Manage development and QA of Microservices based interfaces for above integration points 

Manage messaging/error logging and performance monitoring mechanisms using AppDynamics 

Manage development and QA of transactional and analytical reports for supply chain and logistics systems, using analytics platform and data visualization tool like Snowflake and MS Power BI 

Perform financial management of the project: budgeting & forecasting, cost benefit analysis, EV/ROI/earn vs. burn analysis, team velocity, etc.  Own project budget. Expected to anticipate budget issues,
resolve timely, and adjust forecasts. 

Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. 

Plan, monitor, and track delivery of quality control and take corrective action as appropriate. 

Develop project quality control policy, procedures and communication plans. 

Communicate project information to all project team members, sponsors, vendors and Technology managers, as appropriate. 

Anticipate strategic impact to projects (inter dependencies to/from other projects) and coordinate with appropriate parties. 

Recommend project strategy. Clearly articulate explanations of complex regulatory and project issues/risks to team members and management within
the organization.

AI Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of an advanced internal-facing assistant  solution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, product evaluation, and hands-on implementation experience with AI-powered
assistants  similar to Glean or Rogo.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and architect a scalable, secure, and efficient internal assistant  solution using cutting-edge
AI and natural language processing technologies

Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes to validate architectural decisions
