Job Title- Oracle Hyperion Location Fremont, CA- Day 1 Onsite USA Duration 1+year Client - HCL The candidate will work as a technical support engineer on the Oracle Hyperion products suite. The candidate should have a solid experience in the area of Enterprise Performance Management, Budgeting, Planning, Essbase, DRM/EDMCS and FDMEE. Minimum of 10+ years of Application development and Support experience in Hyperion EPM version 11 or above within a Fortune 500 company is required . The technologies being used in the current engagement are Oracle Hyperion EPM (EPBCS), Hyperion Planning, Essbase (BSO/ASO), FDMEE/ODI, Essbase Studio, SmartView, IBM Cognos Command Center is a must. Works closely and collaborates with Oracle global support to resolve Customer's SRs. Works with various functions within Business user groups to ensure RCA is complete and incidents SLAs are met Triage and resolve user support issues. Monitoring performance, logs, backups, events, applications, scripts & jobs Skills Required Extensive hands-on experience in the following modules of Oracle Hyperion: a. EPBCS b. Essbase c. EDMCS d. FDMEE e. Data Management/Data exchange f. Smartview g. IBM Cognos Command center h. Narrative Reporting - preferred i. TRCS preferred j. Oracle Fusion Suite module knowledge is preferred k.
