Analyze and resolve job failures, abends, and performance issues in a timely manner. Perform root cause analysis for incidents and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Previous experience in mainframe production support in a high-availability environment. Understanding of incident management frameworks (ITIL is a plus).
