( Kickoff is on 10/30, but they dont need to necessary start that day) ServiceNow Technical Architect / Solution Architect Position: ServiceNow Technical Architect / Solution Architect 100% remote, onshore Overview: We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Technical Architect or Solution Architect with a strong focus on Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow IT Business Management (ITBM) and SPM, and will play a critical role in driving our ServiceNow initiatives forward. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow SPM solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver customized solutions in ServiceNow. Provide technical expertise in ServiceNow ITBM and SPM, including best practices and methodologies. Assist in project planning and resource allocation for SPM initiatives. Mentor and guide junior team members on ServiceNow best practices. Participate in client meetings and workshops to provide insights and recommendations. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience working with ServiceNow, specifically in ITBM and SPM. Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Architect or Solution Architect. ServiceNow SPM or PPM certification is highly desirable. Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices.
