Overview:

 We are seeking a skilled AEM Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 10 years of experience to join our team at Prudential. This role involves developing and implementing AEM-based solutions, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in web technologies and a strong understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement AEM-based solutions that meet business requirements while ensuring high performance and scalability.

Design and architect AEM solutions in alignment with industry best practices and client IT standards.

Create and customize AEM components, dialogs, widgets, templates, and workflows tailored to project needs.

Develop reusable AEM components and integrate them with third-party systems.

Perform Adobe Product administrative tasks including infrastructure setup, performance optimization, and security management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AEM components.

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in software development with a focus on AEM.

Hands-on experience with web technologies: JSP, JavaScript, XML, XPATH, AJAX, JQuery, Adobe APIs, Apache Sling, OSGi bundles, Apache Web Server.

Strong understanding of Java, Java EE, Servlets, HTL/Sightly, and enterprise Java frameworks (e.g., Spring).

Experience in end-to-end implementations of AEM, with a preference for AEM as a cloud service.

Knowledge in architecting and implementing Adobe solutions, including component structures, path management, Vanity URLs, asset management, and dynamic media.

Solid understanding of UX and web components with substantial front-end development experience.

Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM) and various code management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Maven, Jenkins, SonarQube).

Exposure to Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) is a significant plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
