No relocation allowed. Worksite is in Madison, WI with a minimum expectation of 1-2 days per week in office (typically Wednesdays) with some additional times in person as needed for further engagement with Workstream Teams. T op Skills & Years of Experience: Two years' experience facilitating process mapping efforts in a service environment. Two years' experience managing projects and meeting deadlines. Two years' experience producing written documentation and recommendations. General understanding of HR processes. Experience with validating data found in reports and queries. Nice to Have: Two years' experience analyzing or implementing information technology solutions. Three years' experience working in an HR setting or directly supporting HR project management or strategic planning.
