The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP projects, with a proven track record of managing cutover activities, coordinating teams, and ensuring a smooth transition to the new system. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the cutover strategy and plan for the SAP implementation. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all necessary tasks are completed before cutover. Monitor progress and address any issues that arise during the cutover process. Conduct cutover rehearsals to ensure readiness and identify potential risks. Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding cutover status and any concerns. Provide leadership and guidance to the project team throughout the cutover process. Ensure all documentation related to the cutover is accurate and complete. Qualifications: Proven experience as an SAP Cutover Manager or in a similar role in SAP implementations. Strong understanding of SAP modules and implementation processes. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
