| Hi Team, Role : SAP HRM Consultant Location: Remote YoE : 8+yrs Only - GC or USC Job Description We are looking for an experienced SAP HRM Consultant to support our human resource functions by implementing and managing SAP HR solutions effectively. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP HR modules, extensive experience with SAP HRM, and a solid track record of successful implementations. Key Responsibilities: Configure and implement SAP HRM modules, including Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Payroll, Time Management, and Employee Self-Service. Collaborate with HR and IT teams to assess requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend SAP HRM solutions. Manage and troubleshoot SAP HRM issues and optimize system performance. Conduct system testing, integration testing, and data validation to ensure solutions meet quality standards. Prepare technical documentation, including configuration documents, test scripts, and end-user guides. Provide training and support to HR and related business teams. Keep up-to-date with SAP updates, enhancements, and new HR modules. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in SAP HRM with hands-on experience in configuring and implementing HR modules. In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors (preferred). Strong expertise in Payroll, Time Management, and Organizational Management within SAP. Experience with SAP FIORI for HR applications is a plus. Excellent understanding of HR business processes and compliance requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementation. Knowledge of Agile or other project management methodologies.
