| Need Local with local DL Title: Business Analyst Visa: USC, GC, GC-EAD, H4-EAD Location: Madison, WI (Hybrid)(Need Local) End Client: Wisconsin Department of Administration (DOA) Description: Our client is looking for a Business Analyst responsible for facilitating analysis of various human resource (HR) processes for the Division of Personnel Management (DPM). The work will involve reviewing documentation, developing questions, scheduling meetings, facilitating discussions, creating process maps, soliciting feedback, summarizing findings, and developing recommendations for process improvements. The goal of this work is to better understand current processes, how they differ across agencies, and where standardization might be possible. This position will work closely with HR professionals who are subject matter experts on HR processes and will collaborate with HR leadership to produce deliverables and recommendations. The position will report to and receive guidance from the tHRive Project Team. Skills Required 2 years - Experience facilitating process mapping efforts in a service environment. 2 years - Experience managing projects and meeting deadlines. 2 years - Experience producing written documentation and recommendations. General understanding of HR processes. Experience with validating data found in reports and queries. Skills Desired 2 years - Experience analyzing or implementing information technology solutions. 3 years - Experience working in an HR setting or directly supporting HR project management or strategic planning. 3 years - Experience working in a government setting.
