Job Title: Power Platform Developer Location: Richmond, VA - Hybrid - 3 days per week Duration: Long Term Contract Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with team members to design, develop, and maintain Power Pages, PowerApps, and Power Automate solutions. Support the transition from a legacy system to Power Platform-based solutions, ensuring integration and optimized functionality. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. Implement new features based on business requirements and provide ongoing improvements. Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to align on requirements and deliver quality solutions. Prioritize tasks effectively and support a collaborative team environment. Qualifications: Experience: 8+ years in Power Pages, PowerApps, and Power Automate development. Troubleshooting: Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve technical issues. Communication: Strong skills in communicating technical concepts and collaborating within a team. Project Experience: Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and deliver end-to-end solutions. Certifications: Power Platform certification is a plus. Desired Skills: Experience migrating legacy systems to Power Platform. Familiarity with integration services, data connectors, and workflow automation.
