Strong knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies and best practices. Excellent project and stakeholder management skills with the ability to align technical solutions with business goals. Experience managing multiple projects or large-scale programs across functional areas. Proficiency in risk management, budgeting, and resource planning. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and vendors. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences. Nice to Have: Microsoft D365 or PMP certifications. Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies. Experience with Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate). The position is hybrid, with a mix of remote work and in-office presence in Bellevue, WA. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end delivery of D365 programs, ensuring timelines, budgets, and scope are met. Collaborate with business stakeholders to define program objectives, scope, and success metrics. Develop detailed program roadmaps and coordinate with functional and technical teams to ensure smooth execution. Oversee and align multiple D365 projects, including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or F&O implementations. Manage risks, dependencies, and change requests effectively to minimize disruptions.
