We would appreciate your assistance in sharing profiles of local candidates who meet the following key criteria: Job title : Data Modeler Location : Dallas, Texas Work type : Hybrid Data Modeler Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in data modeling, specifically in the mortgage or financial services industry. Expertise in Kimball, Inmon, Data Vault, and flat structure modeling techniques. Strong understanding of conceptual, logical, and physical data models and experience developing these models to suit various business needs. Proven experience with data optimization techniques for enhancing performance, scalability, and maintainability. Familiarity with ETL tools, data warehousing solutions, and data governance. Strong understanding of relational databases, data integration, and enterprise data management systems. Experience creating and maintaining data mapping documents. Proficient in SQL and working with large datasets. Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus. Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with mortgage loan origination, servicing, and compliance data models. Knowledge of regulatory reporting and data standards in the mortgage industry. Experience working with Lakehouse platforms such as Snowflake and/or Databricks.
