Should have a deep understanding of Salesforce's capabilities and features and you keep up to date on new features and functionality that gets released . Good product design and interaction design skills. Should be able to write a detailed Product Requirements Doc. Problem solving skills - be able to break down high level requirements into actionable tasks. Pay attention to user experience and details Good data analyzing skills . Be familiar with data driven product optimization. Positive, willing to solve complex problems. Good communication skills should be able to coordinate different teams to achieve the goal. Cross culture work experience is preferred. Any one Salesforce certification is must.
