| Position: Full stack Developer with ServiceNow and Gen AI Experience Location: Remote Employment Type: Contract Client: ServiceNow Visa acceptance: H1B, Citizen, GC, EAD Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Full stack Developer with a focus on ServiceNow and GenAI expertise to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in enabling customer success and shaping technology outcomes through hands-on delivery of ServiceNows GenAI capabilities. As a key player, you will be the subject matter expert (SME), working on complex, multi-disciplinary projects, solving customer issues, and driving value with GenAI technology. Key Responsibilities: Solution Development & Configuration: Develop and configure ServiceNow platform solutions using industry best practices to support GenAI objectives. Customer Guidance: Provide expert technical advice to help customers maximize the value of ServiceNow technologies for achieving business goals. Backend Service Development: Lead the development of scalable, backend services impacting AI-related products. Code Design & Maintenance: Design, implement, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code; continuously improve existing codebases. AI Integration: Architect and develop secure, high-performance AI-driven software solutions and integrate ML/AI capabilities into ServiceNow. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, ML engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver quality features and drive technical direction. Technical Leadership: Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and enforce best practices in coding, design, and architecture. Cloud Integration: Develop and deploy cloud-based solutions using platforms like Azure, Databricks, GCP, AWS. Security & Performance Optimization: Ensure system security and data protection while focusing on scalability, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. Required Qualifications: Experience: 9+ years in technology advisory roles, working with AI, machine learning, or big data platforms. Preferred experience with GenAI deployments. ServiceNow Expertise: 3+ years on ServiceNow platform preferred, with certifications (Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) desired. Technical Skills: Backend Development: Expertise in scalable backend systems and APIs; experience with web frameworks such as Flask and FastAPI. Programming: Proficiency in Python, including asynchronous programming (AsyncIO, Celery). Microservices & Architecture: Experience in microservices architecture and knowledge of integration and data modeling principles. Database Management: Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.). Cloud & Containers: Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP). Version Control & CI/CD: Proficient with Git, CI/CD pipelines. Communication Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with machine learning frameworks or data science tools.
